Full name and email address when you sign up. Business and client information you enter including business names, social media handles, brand voice and audience details. Performance metrics you manually enter for monthly reports. AI generated content including captions, hooks and report summaries. Payment information processed securely by Stripe. Usage data including login times and features used.

To create and manage your account. To provide the ContentFlow AI service. To generate AI captions and reports using your client data. To send account related emails. To improve the app and fix issues. To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with MongoDB (database storage), the Emergent platform (hosts the application), OpenAI (receives client brand information to generate AI content) and Stripe (processes payments). By using ContentFlow AI you consent to your data being processed by these providers, which may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information. To exercise these rights email support@contentflowai.com.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication and access controls to protect your data.
