ContentFlow AI is a SaaS platform that helps marketing agencies plan social media content, generate AI captions and create monthly client reports.

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, upload harmful content, attempt to hack the app, resell access without permission or use the app to generate spam.

AI generated captions and reports are a starting point and must be reviewed by a human before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI generated content. You are solely responsible for any content you publish based on AI suggestions. We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on AI generated content without review.

All plans include a 3 day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial ends you must enter payment details to continue. We reserve the right to modify or end free trial offers at any time.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings. No refunds for partial months already billed. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

We offer a 7 day refund if the app does not work as described and we cannot fix the issue. Email support@contentflowai.com within 7 days of your first payment. No refunds for change of mind after 7 days.

You confirm you have the right to store your clients business information in the app and that you have informed your clients their information is stored in a third party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
